“Josh has been a lifesaver for our family. We are traveling full-time in a 1994 Class A with quite a few gremlins. Josh has helped us with several issues. He is super patient and very willing to help educate us along the way. We have asked tons of questions (sometimes more than once because we get overwhelmed with information). Josh has always been patient and kind. He also obviously takes great pride in his work. He helped us re-install batteries that were installed in such a way that we could not perform maintenance on them. He also leaves everything neat and clean. He is upfront when you ask about something not within his expertise. And very willing to refer to another tech if needed. We have hired Josh to remove and reinstall an inverter and an alternator, as well as to seal roof cracks. We usually end up chatting and asking questions while he is working, and he is always willing to help us understand our motorhome better. We have had several opportunities to work with mobile techs (thanks to our older rig) and Josh is the best.”
“We had an issue with our water heater not heating in electric mode. Fortunately we were parked near Joshua of Road Worthy RV and he agreed to take a look. He ran lots of diagnostics and determined that it was our electric element inside the water heater. He gave us a price to replace the element and we agreed to have him do the work the following day. Because of where the water heater was located Joshua had to pull the heater out of the rig in order to get the element loose and out. It was a longer process than he anticipated but he stuck to it and got the job done! He also noticed a slight drip from one of the hose connections and recommended replacing the hose. He drove 20 miles to get a new hose and replaced it so we won’t have a water issue in the deep recesses of our coach! Joshua is methodical, knowledgeable, competent, honest, and a nice guy. I recommend him without reservation. And we can now take hot showers without using our propane when hooked up to park power!! Thanks Joshua”
